About us

Application:
For installation into wooden crates or metal frames using M5 sofa hinge scissors.
Dimensions:
According to the drawing – modifications are possible upon customer request and must be additionally agreed upon.
Materials:
The frame is made of 30 x 20 x 1.25 mm steel tubing produced from cold-rolled strip, quality St. 37.
The frame connector is made of flat steel, cross-section 30 x 5 mm, quality St. 37.
The slats are made of multi-layered beech veneer (minimum 6 layers), cross-section 53 x 8 mm.
The slat holders and tube caps are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
Surface protection:
The metal components are surface-protected with baked black epoxy-polyester powder coating.
