About us
Our workshop specializes in the production of furniture, beds, bed bases, chairs, and various other metal products. We also offer laser cutting services for different materials.
MANUFACTURING OF METAL AND TEXTILE HABERDASHERY
Metal Bed – Romantik
The metal bed consists of:
-
Metal headboard
-
Metal footboard (rear low side), depending on the model and the slat base order
-
Side panels
The external bed frame and the slat base frame are made of steel tubing obtained from cold-rolled strip steel, grade St-37.
The slat base frame is filled with slats (LATOFLEX) made of multilayer beech veneer (minimum 6 layers) with a cross-section of 53 x 8 mm.
The slat holders and tube plugs are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
All metal elements are surface-treated with baked epoxy-polyester powder coating.
The bed is manufactured in the following dimensions:

1800 x 2000 mm / 1600 x 2000 mm

1400 x 2000 mm / 1200 x 2000 mm

900 x 2000 mm
Modifications are possible upon customer request and must be agreed upon separately.
Beds are delivered unassembled and are assembled according to the provided diagram.
